在过去二十多年的创业与顾问工作中,我接触过许多企业主、创业者与管理者,也亲眼看见很多企业在成长过程中反复面对相似的挑战:战略不清、团队效率不足、财务管理薄弱、预算失控、绩效机制失衡,甚至在企业规模扩大后,老板仍然必须亲自处理大大小小的经营问题。除了创业、顾问与企业辅导工作之外,我也是《Business Beyond MBA|超越MBA的商业思维》以及《喝咖啡,30天看懂MBA(传统老板的商业智慧手册)》的作者。长期以来,我一直希望把复杂的商业知识,用更贴近老板语言、更容易吸收的方式整理出来,帮助更多企业主真正把管理知识用进企业经营里。
这些问题的本质,往往并不是老板不够努力,而是企业在成长到某一个阶段之后,已经不能再单靠经验、直觉与拼劲来经营。企业要继续突破,必须建立更完整的商业思维、更清晰的管理框架,以及更系统化的经营能力。
这也是我创办 Essential MBA for Founders(E MBA) 的初衷。
我一直相信,真正有价值的商业教育,不应该只是课堂上的理论,也不应该停留在考试与学术框架里。它必须能够回到企业现场,帮助老板看懂问题、做出判断、带领团队,并把企业带到下一个阶段。

In more than 20 years of entrepreneurship and advisory work, I have worked with many business owners, founders, and managers. I have also seen companies repeatedly face similar challenges during growth: unclear strategy, weak team efficiency, fragile financial management, uncontrolled budgets, imbalanced performance systems, and even situations where the owner still has to personally handle almost every operational issue after the company has expanded. Beyond my work in entrepreneurship, consulting, and corporate advisory, I am also the author of Business Beyond MBA and 30 Days to Understand MBA Over Coffee, a practical handbook created for traditional business owners. Through these books, I have been committed to translating complex business knowledge into clearer, more practical language that business owners can actually understand and use.
The root of these problems is often not that business owners are not working hard enough. Rather, once a company reaches a certain stage of growth, it can no longer rely only on experience, instinct, and determination. To move forward, a business needs stronger commercial thinking, clearer management frameworks, and more systematic operating capabilities.
This is the reason I founded Essential MBA for Founders (E MBA).
I have always believed that valuable business education should not be limited to classroom theory, examinations, or academic frameworks. It must return to the real business environment and help owners identify problems, make better decisions, lead their teams, and bring their companies to the next stage.
For this reason, the design philosophy of E MBA has been clear from the beginning: to transform the core management knowledge of an MBA into practical tools that business owners can truly understand, learn, and apply.
This program is not a copy of a traditional business school curriculum. Instead, we have deliberately removed overly lengthy theories that are far removed from real business operations, while preserving the core frameworks that truly influence business growth and organizational efficiency.
